The Go Modular System Difference
Our Story
Chris and Saki Pitliangas of Go Modular epitomize teamwork by developing and coordinating their respective strengths. They have been designing and building modular homes for over 30 years. They started in 1986 and have built over 1,000 to date. Go Modular is one of the largest and most experienced modular builders in New England.
The owner, Saki, has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from UMass Dartmouth. This knowledge is very helpful with site plans, and especially complex site plans and designs. This can be invaluable to our customers. We do all of our designs in house, then we send the designs to the factory and the factory builds from our designs and specifications.
Several years ago, Go Modular developed their own unique, proprietary system for their customers. The GO MODULAR MANUAL assists the homeowner with understanding every step of the building process. As far as we know it is the only method of its kind in the industry. Chris and Saki are very proud of their GO MODULAR MANUAL and their customers love it! It makes them feel more organized and empowered.
Go Modular specializes in customization and high quality construction. In addition, the great savings over conventionally built homes has kept Go Modular in a continual growth pattern. They have recently combined two exciting technologies; The SIP or Structural Insulated Panel industry and the factory built modular home industry to create net zero ready modular homes for the 21st century.
SIP is a cutting edge technology that offers the highest possible energy efficiency in a home! True R-40 in the walls, true R-40-80 in the roof and almost zero air infiltration!
